Most outdoor heaters are a waste of time. You turn them on, they warm up the air, and then a slight breeze comes along and blows all that warmth right off your porch. It’s frustrating. Finding the Sweet Spot Placement is everything. Infrared heat is intense, but it only works in a specific “zone.” If you hang the unit too high, the heat dissipates before it reaches you. Too low? You’re going to bake the person sitting directly under it. It’s all about finding that balance between the wattage and the mounting height. And before you start drilling holes and running wires, just double-check your breaker. These things are power-hungry, and the last thing you want is to trip the power the moment the party starts.
