Getting to the Heart of the Heat
Let’s talk about this freestanding fireplace heater. We built it to be one tough, direct-radiant heat source. It runs on a 400V input and packs a 2500W punch, throwing off a kind of focused, intense warmth. The 300mm tube focuses all that energy into a tight spot, so you get serious heat right where you need it. It was designed to ditch those bulky convection heaters and give you heat that hits fast, with almost no warm-up wait.
What It’s Made Of
Inside, you’ve got a shortwave halogen element sitting snug in a quartz tube. The halogen cycle does its job, keeping the filament stable. That means the lamp lasts longer and the output doesn’t fade over time. The tube itself has a special coating that handles UV and takes the stress of thermal shock, so it can handle the daily on-off cycle without flinching. And the R7s connector? It just clicks right into standard industrial sockets, making the wiring simple and solid.
Where It Shines
This setup was born for industrial spots that need fast, localized heat. The heat comes on instantly—no lag, no waiting. Perfect for spot heating or backing up a process. Now, that 400V, 2500W output is no joke. It throws off a lot of heat, so you just need to make sure your machine’s cooling system is ready for the extra warmth in the air. The freestanding design gives you the freedom to move it around, and the R7s interface makes maintenance easy. When it’s time for a swap, you don’t have to rewire the whole thing. Just plug and play.
