The Specs That Actually Matter
We build custom logo electric heaters, and we don’t do it by guessing. We start with the power setup that fits your machine. When the line voltage is high, we lean on a 400V supply. That lets us pack 2500W into a tidy 300mm tube. The payoff? High heat density in a small footprint. Warm-up is fast. Really fast. And it stays that way. Wattage and length get matched to your load and the space you have. So you get a heater that drops right in—no redesign needed. No fuss, no downtime.
Smart Materials, Smarter Design
The heart of it is a quartz tube with a halogen element. Quartz handles sudden temperature swings and keeps the element protected. The halogen fill keeps output steady, so you’re not chasing peaks and valleys. We add a special coating that shields the tube from contamination and boosts emissivity. Heat is consistent, predictable, repeatable. And we finish it with an R7s connector. It’s a solid, high-current fit that wires up fast and stays tight, even when the shop floor is vibrating. Fewer loose contacts means fewer burnouts.
Built for the Job, Built for You
These heaters shine in industrial work where you need precise, localized heat—think PET blowing and similar plastic forming. The custom logo is more than a label. We can stamp voltage, wattage, and lead length right on the unit. It cuts wiring mistakes and speeds up maintenance. Technicians see what they need, and they move. Now, high power density does mean you need proper cooling and mounting to keep ambient temps in check. But when you spec it right, you get heat you can trust, installation that’s quick, and fewer surprise stoppages.
